Solfege and Beginning Theory

This class is great for beginners or anyone looking to brush up on their musical foundations. The first 20 minutes of this class will focus on training students to use solfege (do, re, mi…) and the last 10 minutes will be spent working on music theory. Learning solfege helps reinforce reading music, improves the ability to sight-read music, and trains your ear to hear the music without having to play it. These are great skills for musicians at any skill level! For students ages 8+.

Additional classes may be added depending on enrollment. This class will meet weekly for 30 minutes.
