Registration

If you are unsure about what you’d like to register for, we encourage you to call or email us to discuss your interests before registering so we can help you decide what is the best fit for you. Once you have decided what you would like to sign up for, please fill out the registration form below.

*PLEASE NOTE: Lessons will not be scheduled until your registration form, non-refundable registration fee and payment for the first month have been received. Once these have been received, we will schedule your first lesson. Balance will be due at the first lesson (unless enrolled in 10 month plan). Classes: payment due in full prior to start of class.

By registering, you give permission for you/your child to have photos/videos taken to be used in promotional materials by or for the Worcester Music Academy.
ALL STUDENTS
Private Lessons:
By signing, you certify that you have read the policies, procedures and expectations and agree to abide by all the terms as outlined by the Worcester Music Academy.

A $50 non-refundable annual registration fee is due upon registration as well as payment for the first month of lessons. You may pay online (Bill Pay), or call with a credit card.  We can also send you an invoice that you can pay directly online.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, please contact the office to arrange.  Please pay $50 plus the cost of the first month after submitting your online registration.  Once your registration material has been received, we will contact you to set up the lesson time and to give you the total tuition amount due.

Payment must be received in full before lessons can begin. You may pay for lessons in full or you may opt for monthly payments (10 month lesson plan only). If you select monthly payments, you must fill out a monthly payment agreement form (will be sent to you if you choose this option). Payment can be made by Credit Card or can be paid online (Bill Pay).  We will not schedule any lessons until payment has been received. Classes must be paid in full prior to start of classes.

We encourage you to come and register in person! We’d love to show you around our wonderful school!  **we are temporarily unable to show you the school in person, but we’d love to talk with you over the phone or via email until we’re able to re-open to the public again.
